Everyone saw what Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos were able to do late against the Miami Dolphins last Sunday, but has it really come down to this? The fact that Tebow took over in a stretch of three road games in four cost per head weeks will for the most part keep him away from the crazy fans who have been chanting his name in the stands at the Sports Authority Field since the preseason, but this is the one game where he will have a shot to get those supporters to their feet. For 55 minutes of his first start of the season Tebow was awful, but if he can carry over the momentum from the final minutes of his last performance then Denver might keep this one close. While the Lions’ defense has looked less than impressive in consecutive losses, their offense should still be able to get enough points to end their losing skid and cover the NFL spread.
